These Terms and Conditions are designed to govern all transactions made with Kadima, including sales and supplies of products both in-store/in person and through our online platform, accessible at kadimaprojectmanagement.co.za (the “Site”). By placing an order, providing delivery instructions, or accepting delivery of any products from Kadima, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without reservation. It is important to note, however, that these Terms and Conditions do not in any way undermine or replace your statutory rights under applicable law.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind purchases.
Kadima, wants to have more than a business relationship with customers. This extends to the way Kadima handles customer’s personal information. The following outlines Kadima’s Privacy Policy and will cover how the company uses the information collected, who Kadima will disclose it to and how customers can access, change and remove personal information.
Kadima wants to make the website as useful and helpful as possible, and seeing how customers and other users interact with the website helps with this. As well as the personal information that the user provides, Kadima will also use information obtained about the user automatically from cookies (files which are sent by Kadima to the user’s computer). Suc as the user’s Internet service provider’s address, the name of the web page directing the user, and the user’s clicks and activity on the Kadima site. This tracking data helps Kadima understand how to make this site more available and user-friendly.
If the user would prefer not to make known this information or would like to delete any cookies that are already on the user’s computer, please refer to the instructions for file management software to locate the file or directory that stores cookies.
Kadima is only interested in making the Kadima experience as pleasant as possible, which is why Kadima uses any information gained only for the company’s own research and promises never to sell customer information to any unconnected third parties.
On occasion, Kadima does need to hire other companies to help provide some services. In some of these cases Kadima may need to share information that these companies need, in order to provide services to the company, and ultimately to the customer. An example would be Kadima marketing and advertising agencies. We’ll limit the information given to them, and the external companies will only have access to the customer’s information for the purposes of performing such functions.
Kadima may contact the customer for marketing purposes, which may include messages via telephone, SMS or email. Kadima will only do so if customers provide personal cell phone number or email address and agree that Kadima may communicate with the customer in this way.
Kadima will make sure that the only messages sent are those that are thought to be of interest to the customer – for instance the dates of our in-store sales, details of special offers or information about new products and services.
The customer can decide to opt-out of these types of marketing messages at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email.
